Hi! Well, I’m having a hard time with Sims 4. I’ve been playing the sims 3 and I decided to get the sims 4 in hopes to get more out of the game. I downloaded it and open the file, but I’m not getting anything on my computer. I’m downloading it again, but I’m afraid it’s not going to work. Any help is appreciated.

I’ve been trying so hard to find a way to get the sims 4 to work on mac os x 10.7. I don’t want to downgrade to 10.6 or anything like that. I’ve followed several posts on the internet, but none have worked. I downloaded and installed the game for os x 10.7, and it seemed to install OK. The sims 3 installed OK. When I try to start the game, it says “This game is not supported on this version of Mac OS X.” I don’t know what else to do to make it work. Can anyone help?
